I’m Laura Meerkatz, a Salesforce technical specialist with more than a decade of experience designing and delivering products for nonprofits. I’ve worked across the ecosystem — as a consultant, developer, architect, and product manager — and I know that even seasoned teams can hit a wall when faced with new technologies like Data Processing Engine, OmniStudio, and Industries Common Components.
